1. There is no display when starting up Fault phenomena: when the instrument is turned on, there is no display on the screen, and the indicator light is not on; when the external power supply is connected, the low battery voltage alarm, and then the machine will shut down automatically; when the external battery is not connected, the low battery voltage alarm, and then the machine will shut down automatically, even if it is useless to charge the machine.
Inspection method:
① When the instrument is not connected with AC, check whether the 12V voltage is low. The fault alarm indicates that the output voltage detection part of the power board detects that the voltage is low, which may be caused by the fault of the detection part of the power board or the output fault of the power board, or the fault of the back-end load circuit.
② When the battery is installed, this phenomenon indicates that the monitor is working in the battery power supply state, and the battery power is basically used up, and the AC input does not work normally. The possible reasons are: the 220 V power socket itself has no electricity, or the fuse is blown.
③ When there is no external battery, it is judged that the rechargeable battery is broken, or the battery cannot be charged due to the fault of power supply board / charging control board.
Troubleshooting: connect all connection parts reliably, and connect AC power to charge the instrument.
2. ECG has no waveform
Fault phenomenon: connect the lead wire without ECG, and the display screen shows "electrode falling off" or "no signal receiving".
Check method: first check the lead mode, if it is five lead mode but only three lead connection, there must be no waveform.
Secondly, on the premise of confirming the placement position and the quality of the heart electrode, the heart cable is exchanged with other machines to confirm whether the ECG cable is faulty, whether the cable is aging and whether the pin is broken.
Thirdly, if the ECG cable fault is eliminated, the possible reason is that the "ECG signal line" on the parameter socket board is not well contacted, or the ECG board, the connection line of the main control board of the ECG board and the main control board of the ECG board are faulty.
Exclusion method:
(1) Check the external parts of all ECG leads [the three / five extension wires in contact with the human body should be connected to the corresponding three / five contact pins on the ECG plug.
